We can do this by structuring our deals in a way that completely aligns with our investors goals. The deal structure at ZOLO’S Capital offers a preferred return to our investors. This means that our investors have payment priority of cash flow before our company receives any cash flow whatsoever. For example, ZOLO’S Capital will not receive any compensation until the investors are seeing a return of 5%* or greater on their initial investment! This is very important because it ensures that ZOLO’S Capital can not just purchase an asset and then abandon it after they have control of the asset. It holds them accountable to do what they say they are going to do, in order for them to earn any income from the property. At ZOLO’S Capital, we pride ourselves on setting the standard in the Real Estate business, and we will continue to do this by sacrificing our cash flow until the asset is stabilized and producing stable income for our investors.
