I’ve known the owner of ZOLO’S for over a decade now. I would trust him with my life as well as my money because I know the way he operates and runs his business. He strives to be the best in what he does whether that is real estate, his own work, or anything he is doing on a daily basis. I believe it’s his passion and drive that separates himself from others. He enjoys helping others and is keen on growing healthy relationships. If he says that he is going to do something, consider it already done. We are impressed with Anthony as our landlord and a person. Anthony is very quick to respond to all our communications or questions we might have. He's texted us to make sure everything is going well. He checked on us during the cold snap and recognized us during the holidays. Our landlord Anthony has been by far the best landlord I've ever dealt with. He put in a lot of effort remodeling the home we're renting making it a beautiful and comfortable home to live in. Anthony has been an excellent landlord. From the very first interaction I had with him, all the way through the process of renting the house and being his tenant. When you speak with him, he's paying attention and listening to what you have to say. He lets you know he's always available to contact him if you have any issues at all.  The  best thing is, he actually means what he says and does what he says he is going to do. He's an honest, dependable, and caring landlord, and we'd recommend him and his business to anyone.
